About Me.

Hi! I’m a (fairly) recent graduate from a small, public liberal arts college, with a BA in English, concentrating in poetry. I’m also a new resident of The River City–Richmond, VA. I have been working for the past year as a photographer in a commercial portrait studio, emphasizing the photographing of children, infants, and families.

In the spring of 2007 I was privy to a five-month love-affair (that They call “study abroad”) with the multifaceted, beautiful lady London.

This blog, as the title suggests, is dedicated to my musings: it is a dumping ground for poetry (mine and other’s), thoughts, ideas, information, interesting tidbits plucked from the world’s fur, paintings, photographs, crafty projects, inventions, salutations, indemnifications, inspirations, and the kitchen sink. Enjoy!

Hello, I am so happy you and Mark have found such a great apartment just in the place you wanted. Here you are cooking a lot and putting on some pounds, keep it up. It’s not so bad cooking, it’s the cleaning up after your own mess. Tears came to me when you were talking about how grandmother Brown took care of her plants. I could hear her talking to them as she watered. I am so glad that you hold on to the stories that you have been told about your family members that you never even had the blessing of knowing and sharing their special love and ways of life. We finally have email internet, but I’m not sure if we can send I know that we receive, so if you get this will you try sending me an e-mail so I will know if it is working. Keep searching for the job, it will come. Tell Mark hello and glad you sound so happy. Love from all of us..
